Pondering with a Purpose--Involvement

This Week's prompt is: Involvement
I am not a particularly involved person.  I try to help when I see a need, but I tend to let people make their own choices.  I may offer suggestions and a bit of advice, but I think that a person has to develop their own strengths and muscles.  I hate it when they make unwise decisions, but that may be the only way that they learn.  
So although I care deeply, I try and minimize my involvement.
