1. I keep putting off _cleaning my closet. I need to have a step stool to get to the boxes on the top shelf, and my kids borrowed mine.

It currently--at 7:46 p.m. is 92 degrees, after a high of 105. Kind of early for summer, I think.
3. What is the nicest room in your house?
My living room. It is large and opens onto the sun porch--The perfect place for entertaining.
4. What jewelry do you never take off?
A diamond ring that I designed with all the diamonds from my wedding rings. It has scrolls with diamonds set at the ends of each scroll.
5. Do you eat a snack before bed?
No. My last meal is around 5, but I do have plenty of tea, and water during the evening.
1. Finish this sentence - I am glad it's Monday because...Hobby Lobby is open and I can get some needed art supplies--with a gift certificate I got for my birthday and a 40% off coupon. Hobby Lobby is one of the few stores that closes on Sunday so that their employees can go to church or have family time.
2. Where did you spend your last vacation? Hawaii for 3 weeks. My daughter was married on Kauai, we spent 2 weeks there, and then a week on the big island. I will never forget the beauty!

ReplyDeleteI agree with LynnMarie...would love to see a picture of your ring! Sounds so pretty! I remember those Arizona temps. when we visited there several years ago. However, it didn't seem to bother me the way the heat here in Atlanta does...low humidity there, I guess?

'Apricot.' that'a very specific. And a very lovely color! My favorite colors are brown, black, and sable, the colors of my German Shepherd. :-) Your diamond sounds beautiful! And you can keep that hot weather. Yikes. I'm liking our springtime here in Wisconsin, even though it's probably only in the mid-fifties right now.
ReplyDeleteWhoa! That's HOT weather you're having. It was in the 30's when I got up this morning. That's just too stinking cold for me! But 90-100+ is too hot. I'm looking forward to Hilton Head where the highs will be in the low 80's. Perfect for me!

It was only in the 70's here in Houston today. It was 85 or more last week, so I am enjoying the cooler temp. My favorite color is dark or hot pink... then red... love, love red!
